Well, the real Strawberry Fields that the Beatles sang about,I get to see quite a lot.

Your blog is lovely and shows your 'sweet' nature, if you do not mind my saying that! Keep it going, Su!

Oh, and I have family in Hampshire. Where is New Hampshire. Usually a lot of British place names are preceded with New when named in America. Are you in the States?

Thank you so much. I am honored.
Beatles have through their songs immortalized certain places. "Penny Lane" is another such song.

"Penny Lane there is a barber showing photographs
of every head he's had the pleasure to know
And all the people that come and go stop to say hello
On the corner is a banker with a motor car
the little children laugh at him behind his back
And the banker never wears a "mac" in the pouring rain
Very strange

Penny Lane is in my ears and in my eyes
Wet beneath the blue suburban skies
I sit and meanwhile back in "

New Hampshire is one of the states in New England USA on the east coast next to Massachusetts. This place was about 50 miles north of Boston. A very scenic and beautiful place, ideal for tourism - between Mountains and Atlantic ocean. The fall colors of New England are so admired all over America.

Now I am very much in India.
